REFURBRISHING INFORMATION
What Does “Refurbished” Mean?
- Customer returns:Sometimes customer’s returns a product for a refund without even opening the box or using the item at all. There’s nothing wrong with it, but the item can’t be sold as new and has to be offered as a refurbished product—often at a deep discount (around 15 to 30 percent).
- Shipping or exterior damage: Minor scratches or dents to the product during shipment would force a retailer to return it to the manufacturer and put on the refurbish checkout lane.
- Demo units: Demonstration units used at trade shows, retail stores, or product reviewers may be repackaged as refurbished items.
- Opened box: Opened box can mean anything. Technically, there should be no issue and the item is “like new,” but the box was simply
- Production Defects: If a defect in one part is found, manufacturers might repair the returned defective units and sell them or send them to retailers as refurbished units.
- Used Products: Many Company’s or customers use the products for a particular period and then upgrade their products to the latest configurations available in the market and these products will be working fine without any problem and will have no requirement of repairs. Many companies return the leased equipment’s after committed period and these are serviced and sold under refurbished category
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy
( Sant Kabir Technology.,) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 8 hours of placing an order.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the ( Sant Kabir Technology.,) marketing team has obtained on special deals. These are limited deal offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Return & Refund Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number @ 41006987 or mail us
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by ( Sant Kabir Technology.,). Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (PRODUCTS)
- ( Sant Kabir Technology.,) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
- ( Sant Kabir Technology.,) is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- Free Shipping deliveries in Delhi & Mumbai.
- Cash on Delivery option not available.
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
- For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only
WARRANTY UPGRADE
We offer min of 1 month warranty to all our products, and this warranty changes from 1 month to couple of months or years depending on the products.
Most of the products we offer carry warranty from our service division Extend Works and its partners across India.
At present we don’t have any option of upgrading the warranty from the original offered period to the required period, reasons for this are many infrastructural problems and which are getting addressed and we should be able to offer the service packs and warranty upgrade packs soon
